I have been working as an accountant since 2003, both in practise and industry so have seen accounts from all angles.

I was with my previous employer for 5 years where I was made director after just one year before I decided to take the leap and set up my own Accountancy Practice in January 2014 and change the way your typical 68 year old accountant does things.

I wanted to set up a modern, digital, proactive accountants who really understand and look after their clients the way they should be looked after.

I have worked in accounts for more years than I’d like to remember! I started working for JMC in 2020 on a part time basis before joining full time and leaving my other employment of 20 years, as I discovered that the variety of working on lots of different client accounts, to be what I really enjoy.

I have recently made the move to JMC on a full time basis, and it was a move I should have made before.

I like to spend my spare time with my family and Bess the dog, and also enjoy running as a hobby, it’s good thinking time and I can eat more cake!

Gemma

I joined JMC back in December 2020 and love being a member of the team.

I’m ready to support the team with all the administrative tasks and keep that client database up to date!

I’m a busy mum to 2 girls, but in my spare time I enjoy spending days out with my family, live theatre and have a passion for travel – anywhere hot and exotic will do.

Chloe

I took time from my busy schedule to go back to college and learn all about the world of accountancy and achieve my qualification.

I’m so glad I did as I absolutely love helping others with their finances and working with such a great team of people.

You would never have guessed that in my spare time I enjoy playing football for the local Manea Sirens Women’s football Team!
